Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all event passes and tickets purchased through the AahzParty.com website (the "Site"), operated by Aahz Party. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase tickets through the Site.

1. Cancellation Fee

A twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for any event pass cancellation request that is approved. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) will be refunded to the original method of payment, subject to the limitations set forth elsewhere in this policy.

2. No Refunds

No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation requests received within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
• If the ticket holder is removed, ejected, or banned from the event by event staff, security, or venue personnel for any reason, including but not limited to violations of venue rules, applicable laws, or the conditions of entry.
• No-shows. Failure to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

Ticket holders forfeit any right to a refund in the situations above.

3. Event Cancellation by Aahz Party

If Aahz Party cancels an event in its entirety (for reasons including but not limited to severe weather warnings issued by relevant authorities, venue unavailability, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control), ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase and will be offered, at Aahz Party's discretion, either:

• A full refund of the original purchase price to the original method of payment, or
• A credit applicable toward a future event of equal or comparable value.

4. Rain or Shine

All events are held rain or shine. Inclement weather, including rain, heat, wind, or other typical seasonal conditions, does not entitle ticket holders to a refund or credit. This rain-or-shine commitment is separate from Section 3 above, which addresses full event cancellation by Aahz Party.

5. Non-Transferable

Event passes are non-transferable. The name and contact information provided at the time of purchase must match the individual presenting the ticket at the event. Tickets may not be sold, resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual without the express written consent of Aahz Party. Any ticket presented by an individual other than the original purchaser may be refused entry without a refund.

6. Ticket Delivery

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and ticket information at the email address you provided during checkout. Please retain this confirmation for your records and present it (printed or on a mobile device) at the event, along with a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within thirty (30) minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

7. Currency and Billing Descriptor

All transactions on the Site are processed in United States Dollars (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by their card issuer or bank, which are not within the control of Aahz Party and are non-refundable.

Your credit or debit card statement will reflect the charge as "Icandy Enterprises". If you do not recognize a charge from this descriptor, please contact us before disputing the transaction with your card issuer (see Section 9).

8. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made in writing through our contact form and include the original purchaser's full name, email address used at the time of purchase, and the event name and date. We will acknowledge cancellation requests within two (2) business days and, if approved, process refunds within ten (10) business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement after processing depends on your card issuer or bank.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge on your statement, we ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in additional fees and may delay the resolution of your inquiry. Submitting a chargeback for any charge that falls within the No Refunds section of this policy (Section 2) constitutes a violation of this policy, and Aahz Party reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks with documentation including, but not limited to, your acceptance of this policy at the time of purchase.

10. Changes to This Policy

Aahz Party reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect when posted to the Site. The policy in effect at the time of your ticket purchase will govern that purchase.
